Obiwon's Firewall 1 site. There is lots more on his site - Deathstar. Here are guides for hardening Solaris to act as a firewall.   Boran also has a book on Security.

This guy has accumulated and written a bunch of scripts to help in securing and monitoring unix firewalls   This is a Cool site that allows you to submit your firewall log of people that have attacked you and combines your input with thousands of others into a database of hackers.

If you are using Firewall 1, you need to check out Sean's site.  He has written great scripts for converting your config files into readable reports.   The Solaris Security FAQ's.  Nuff Said.
